The Zvíře+ mobile app respects your privacy while offering users GPS location and event creation on a map.

If you choose to use our services, you entrust us with your information. We understand it is a great responsibility and work hard to protect your information.

In this Privacy Policy, the term "personal data" means information that you provide to us and that personally identifies you, such as your name, email address or billing details, and under certain circumstances your location and information linked to your location, or other data that can reasonably be linked to such information by Zvíře+.

Please note that when you use our Services, Zvíře+ will collect and use your information (as described below) in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Legal framework of Zvíře+ processing

Personal data of users and other persons in the Zvíře+ app (the "data subject") whose personal data and location recording is processed by the Zvíře+ mobile app of KaBaSD s.r.o., registered office Pavlovská 500/8, Brno, VAT ID: CZ09531955, are processed in accordance with applicable law. In particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Personal data controller of the Zvíře+ app

The controller of personal data collected in the Zvíře+ app is KaBaSD s.r.o., registered office Pavlovská 500/8, Brno, VAT ID: CZ09531955 (the "controller").

3. Accuracy of personal data in the Zvíře+ app

The data subject is obliged to provide their personal data (e.g. during registration, in their user account, when purchasing advanced functionalities) correctly and truthfully.

4. Purposes of location recording, processing and legal basis

Name, surname or any other user-chosen identifier for registration for both natural and legal persons, information, address, residence or registered office, Company ID, VAT ID, phone number and user data, any purchase made, including user location, are processed for the purpose of contract performance.

5. Data collection in the Zvíře+ app

When using the Services, your approximate location (if you choose to share it) and other information you may choose to contribute will be visible to other users.

Zvíře+ does not sell, rent or lease your personal data to third parties.

6. Storage period in the Zvíře+ app

Personal data of the Zvíře+ app will be stored at KaBaSD s.r.o. for the period required by applicable law, otherwise for the duration of the legal basis for processing or for the period necessary for the established performance or defence of legal claims.

7. Categories of recipients of personal data

KaBaSD s.r.o. may entrust the processing of personal data of the Zvíře+ app to a third party as a processor.

8. Right of access

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and, where that is the case, the right to access these data.

9. Right to erasure

The data subject has the right to have the controller erase personal data concerning them, and the controller has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay if certain grounds set out in GDPR apply.

10. Right to restriction of processing

The data subject has the right to restriction of processing of their personal data in cases set out in GDPR.

11. Right to data portability

Under conditions set out in GDPR, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the data has been provided.

12. Right to object

The data subject has the right, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to object at any time to processing of their personal data based on the controller's legitimate interest, including profiling based on that interest.

13. Right to withdraw consent

The data subject has the right to withdraw consent to processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent may be withdrawn by email to: info@zvireplus.cz, by written notice to the controller's registered address or via the controller's data box (ID: 49zaytz).

14. Exercising rights

15. Data protection officer

The controller has not currently appointed a data protection officer.

16. Right to lodge a complaint

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that processing of their personal data infringes GDPR. In the Czech Republic the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
