Receptionist for afternoon shifts (Brno)
We are a non-stop veterinary clinic specialising in dogs and cats, focused on acute medicine, internal medicine, surgery and inpatient care.
Our goal is to provide complete medicine 24/7 – from initial treatment through stabilisation to ongoing case management.
Every day is different — and never boring.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a reliable and communicative person for our team to cover afternoon shifts (15:00 – 20:00) — you'll be the first point of contact for clients and an important part of how the clinic runs. Ideal for university students, parents on parental leave, or as a side job.
What you'll do
- communicating with clients in person and by phone
- booking patient appointments
- computer and administrative work
- cooperating with veterinarians and nurses
- keeping the reception running smoothly
We require
- a pleasant and professional manner
- ability to communicate even in more stressful situations
- reliability and independence
- basic PC skills
- a positive attitude to both animals and people
An advantage
- experience in reception, healthcare or a veterinary setting
