Terms and payment conditions of the Zvíře+ application

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Zvíře+ application, except in situations where we explicitly stipulate that other or special conditions apply.

I. Basic provisions

• By creating an account in the Zvíře+ app, you agree to these terms and become a user.
• The Zvíře+ app is one of the products of KaBaSD s.r.o., which is the operator of the Zvíře+ app.
• These terms constitute a contract between you as the user and KaBaSD s.r.o., registered office Pavlovská 500/8, 62300 Brno, Company ID: 09531955, VAT ID: CZ09531955, as the operator of the app.
• The contract between you and the operator is concluded on the day you accept our terms by installing the Zvíře+ app.
• As a user, you fully and unreservedly accept that all products created by the app are the exclusive intellectual property of its operator, KaBaSD s.r.o.

II. Zvíře+

• We declare that we will provide you with the Zvíře+ service, including all products, features, applications, support services, technologies and software.
• The goal of the Zvíře+ app is to help you find relevant information, find vets and emergency carriers near your location.
• The goal of Zvíře+ is to create a platform that protects your four-legged companions and yourself.

III. Funding of the Zvíře+ app

• Basic functionality of the Zvíře+ app is offered free of charge.
• Bonus functionality is provided for a fee.
• Fees for bonus functionality: Monthly subscription – CZK 149 incl. VAT, Annual subscription – CZK 1490 incl. VAT.
• The operator does not provide a refund of the fee due to any discontinuation of the Zvíře+ app.

IV. Advertising

• By using Zvíře+ (outside "advanced" profiles) you agree that we may display advertisements.
• We provide advertisers with reports on ad performance. We do not share specific information about our users.

V. User obligations

The user must comply with obligations toward the app. Applicable law must not prohibit you from receiving any part of our service. The user account must not have been previously blocked for violating law or app policies. The user must not have been convicted of sexual misconduct. It is forbidden to use the app for stalking or restricting the freedom of other users. It is forbidden to use Zvíře+ to support terrorism, violence or illegal activities. It is forbidden to impersonate someone else on Zvíře+ or use others' data, photos or information that could harm another person.

VI. Authorisations granted to the operator

The operator does not claim ownership of user content, but the user grants the operator a licence to use it. The user grants the operator the right to track, display and work with the username, profile pictures, information or user-created events. The user agrees to location tracking when using this feature.

VII. Other authorisations

If the user selects a username or another identifier for their account, the operator may change it if we consider it appropriate or necessary. The operator's intellectual property may be used by the user only with explicit consent of KaBaSD s.r.o.

VIII. Content moderation, blocking or termination of user account

Any content or information that the user shares may be removed by the operator if, in the operator's opinion, it violates these terms, Zvíře+ policies or legal requirements. If the user requests deletion of content or their account, the deletion process automatically starts no later than 30 days after the request date. The content deletion process can take up to 90 days from initiation.

IX. Liability

The priority of the Zvíře+ app and its team is to provide users with the highest quality service of the safest and most error-free app possible. However, not all activities can be guaranteed and overseen. KaBaSD s.r.o. is not liable in situations that the law does not allow or prohibits.

X. Possible disputes

If, from the use of the service as a consumer, a claim or dispute arises, both the user and operator agree that you may resolve your individual claim or dispute against each other exclusively under the law of the Czech Republic, with the operator's court having jurisdiction.

XI. Updates to these terms

The user expressly understands that the Zvíře+ app is gradually adjusted to the needs of this service. Unless required otherwise by law, at least thirty days before changes are made to these terms, the operator will notify the user of the changes.
