Non-stop veterinary clinic Zvíře+ is hiring new colleagues for the position of
Interim Medical Director - Brno
Zvíře+ clinic (Brno - Černá Pole) is looking for an experienced veterinarian with a managerial reach to take over leadership of the medical part of non-stop operations and take responsibility for team leadership, standard setting and further development of the medical part of operations.
This is not a regular head doctor position.
We are looking for someone who already has experience with real emergency operations or a non-stop clinic and can set rules, lead a team and bear responsibility for the quality of care.
What your task will be
- leading a team of veterinary doctors (performance, quality, communication)
- standardising emergency operations
- handling complex cases and mentoring doctors
- cooperating with clinic management to increase quality and efficiency of care
Who we are looking for
- a veterinarian with at least 7-10 years of practice
- experience with emergency or urgent medicine
- experience with team leadership (or demonstrable managerial potential)
- ability to set rules and consistently uphold them
- independence, decisiveness and stress resilience
- natural authority and respect from colleagues
Form of cooperation
- cooperation on a business ID
- base contract for 6-12 months with the possibility of further cooperation
- combination of clinical work and management (approximately 20/80 % ratio)
