Veterinary nurse / male nurse (Brno)
We are looking for a veterinary nurse / male nurse for full-time employment, someone who wants meaningful work, has a professional approach and does not lose their head even in stressful situations.
We are the non-stop Zvíře+ veterinary clinic — we combine routine practice with urgent medicine, we have our own hospitalisation, operating theatre and modern diagnostic equipment. We work as a team and support each other.

Experience or education in the veterinary field (practice at a veterinary workplace, secondary/college school) is an advantage, not a requirement — what you do not know, we will teach you.
Job description
- assisting the veterinarian during examinations, procedures and surgical operations
- preparation and assistance in the operating theatre
- care for hospitalised patients (supervision, feeding, walking, basic nursing care)
- processing biological samples
- working with laboratory and diagnostic equipment
- communicating with clients and cooperating with reception
- maintaining hygiene and operational order at the workplace
Working hours and shifts
- work in 6, 8 and 12-hour shifts
- day and night shifts
- shifts at weekends and on national holidays
- shift schedule sufficiently in advance and with respect for personal time off
