Often true

Better to come in unnecessarily and have peace of mind than to neglect something and regret it later.

How it works at our clinic

  1. 1

We discuss your pet's condition together over the phone.

  2. 2

We arrange your arrival at the clinic, or we pick you and your pet up in our own vehicle.

  3. 3

On arrival, we take you in without unnecessary waiting (within our capacity).

  4. 4

We perform a clinical examination and suggest next steps.

  5. 5

We have immediate diagnostics available (blood, X-ray, ultrasound).

  6. 6

If needed, we hospitalise the animal.

Dog being examined at the clinic

For patients brought to the clinic we perform basic and specialised diagnostics (clinical examination, blood tests, ultrasound, X-ray and other examinations, including specialised ones based on availability). Based on these examinations we then start treatment (conservative, medication or surgical).

Our goal is to quickly find out what's happening — and start solving the problem as soon as possible.

Why call before
you set out

We are not a “walk-in waiting room”.

Calling allows us to:

  • Prepare for your case

We'll know what you're coming with and can get ready for it.

  • Minimise your wait

We'll prepare everything in advance so you don't wait unnecessarily.

  • Guide you on what to do on the way

We'll advise you on how to proceed before you reach us.
